A few years ago I bought a brand new, bright blue Mini Cooper. As I was driving my new car home from Portland, I saw dozens of Mini’s everywhere. Once I had a connection to the Mini, my perception of the world changed to notice other Minis. Once you read Evolutionaries, the same thing will happen. No, you won’t start noticing Mini Coopers; but you will start seeing Evolutionaries. They are everywhere.
Comments from readers are telling. “I just realized my father was an evolutionary—he was never satisfied with anything—everything could be made better.” “Steve Jobs was the consummate evolutionary. He was clearly a man who lived in the future.” “Several of the people who drive me crazy at work are evolutionaries.” “I just realized I am an evolutionary; this explains a lot…”
Recognizing Evolutionaries is a big part of leveraging their power. You might even tell someone, “Hey you are an evolutionary.” There is a good chance they might not know themselves. After you read the first chapter, take a minute to think about people from your past, your family, people you work with, even fictional characters (Was Sherlock Holmes an evolutionary?) to see if they fit the criteria of a master-evolutionary. Or, even better, go and take the test in Chapter One on our website and see just how evolved an Evolutionary you really are! We would love to hear what you come up with.
